SPINCASTING IS A PROTOTYPE AND SHORT RUN ZINC ALLOY CASTING PROCESS THAT ENABLES ENGINEERS TO REVIEW THEIR DESIGNS. DEBUG THEM, AND PROCEED INTO PRODUCTION WITH CONFIDENCE. THE SPINCASTING PROCESS USES HIGH TEMPERATURE, VULCANIZED SILICONE RUBBER MOLDS AND CENTRIFUGAL FORCE TO PRODUCE HIGHLY DETAILED, LOW POROSITY, MEDIUM DENSITY CASTINGS. THE FINISHED PHYSICAL PROPERTIES ACHIEVED USING THIS PROCESS ARE THE CLOSEST TO DIE-CAST PROPERTIES AVAILABLE.
